SLA Threshold Configuration

Configure the number of days after which complaint SLA badges change color. These thresholds apply to all reward complaints in the list view.

Days until red badge

3d 5h  Under warning days 9d 2h  Between warning & critical 18d 7h  Above critical days Closed  Resolved / Expired
Forward Complaint — Allowed User Groups

Only users belonging to the selected groups will appear in the “Forward To” dropdown on the complaint view page.

Reward Status Change — Allowed User Groups

Select which user groups are allowed to set each reward status from the complaint view page. Use the toggle link in each row to quickly select or deselect all groups for a status.
